These two are pretty... pretty

So, I watch wrestling. That’s a fairly well-known point. With wrestling, you have to suspend disbelief, just like with any show. When someone watches a show like House they know that Gregory House is not an actual person and Hugh Laurie is not an actual doctor. The same thing needs to be done with wrestling. Sure they are athletic but they are not athletes. Sometimes, it is hard to suspend that disbelief when it is unbelievable.

In wrestling the part, I have a hard time believing is Twin Magic. Twin Magic is when The Bella Twins will trade spaces to pick up a victory. It’s not a new thing in wrestling as Masked wrestlers have been doing this for years as well as people who just look similar. So, the basic scene is set, one of the twins is having trouble winning, the ref turns his back, and the other twin pops in and pins the weathered opponent. That makes some sense. The loser makes the claim that someone came in and stole the victory, and the twins run off.

The part that makes it illogical is what happened at the current Raw. At the most recent edition of Monday Night Raw (aired September 9th, 2015) the Bella Twins did Twin Magic. Nikki Bella was facing Charlotte, Nikki dived out of the ring, Brie Bella came in and got pinned by Charlotte. So the ref announced Charlotte as the victor and awarded her the Championship Belt. After that happened Stephanie Mcmahon came out and gave the belt back to Nikki because Charlotte can’t win by pinning the wrong twin.

Why? Why can’t she win by pinning the wrong twin? The Bellas have won’t numerous times by using “Twin Magic” but now they can’t lose by the same logic? It doesn’t make any sense. The belt should be awarded to Charlotte and basically give the Twins a big middle finger for using underhanded tactics. Just drives me crazy sometimes so I felt like making a post.
